伟人毛泽东诞辰130周年！

毛泽东——中华人民共和国缔造者与首任主席，中国最伟大的无产阶级革命家、战略家、理论家，军事家，中国人民的伟大领袖。毛泽东是马克思主义中国化的伟大开拓者，毛泽东是带领中华民族彻底改变命运和建设强大新中国的世纪巨人。

Mao Zedong - the founder and first chairman of the People’s Republic of China, the greatest proletarian revolutionary, strategist, theorist, and military leader in China, and the great leader of the Chinese people. Mao Zedong was a great pioneer of the sinicization of Marxism. He led the Chinese nation to completely change its destiny and build a strong new China, making him a giant of the century.

毛泽东的一生，无论是求学还是革命，即使最艰难、最艰苦、最黑暗的时期，在面临枪林弹雨的生死考验危急关口，他都能够自信豪迈，绝无消沉、绝无萎靡。这种强大的精神状态，为他的人生提供了无穷动力！

Mao Zedong’s entire life, whether in his pursuit of education or during the revolutionary period, even in the most difficult, arduous, and darkest times, he remained confident, courageous, and never lost his spirit despite facing life and death tests under gunfire. 阳光创译吕国博士对毛主席有深深的敬重之心，并从毛主席身上学到了管理之道，在公司内部做出如下讲话：

1、向毛主席学思维方式Learning Mao Zedong’s way of thinking：

阳光创译吕国博士在多个场合告诉大家要向毛主席学习。首先向毛主席学习毛泽东思想、思维方式。吕国博士在公司的内部培训会上多次讲到，伟大领袖毛主席有一个先进的思维方式叫做：将来完成时的思维方式。这一点是区别于其他人的。

Dr. Lv Guobo from Sun Translation has repeatedly emphasized the importance of learning from Chairman Mao in various occasions. Firstly, we should learn Mao Zedong’s ideology and way of thinking. 他在1930年1月发表的《星星之火，可以燎原》这篇文章最具有代表性！当革命的力量还比较弱小的时候，我们一定要满怀信心、看到未来的趋势！在精神上要足够强大，所有人都应该养成一个将来完成时的思维方式。这种思维方式会引领我们克服任何困难，满怀希望，最后取得最终的胜利！

The most representative article he published in January 1930, “A Single Spark Can Start a Prairie Fire,” is highly significant! When the revolutionary forces were still relatively weak, we must be full of confidence and see the future trend! We need to be spiritually strong and cultivate a thinking mode of future perfect tense. This way of thinking will guide us to overcome any difficulties, be hopeful, and ultimately achieve final victory!

2、向毛主席学营销Learn marketing from Chairman Mao：

伟大领袖毛主席要带领中国发展壮大、一个企业家要带领员工奋斗，都需要学会影响人，毛主席在这上面做的很好。在两万五千里长征的道路上就是革命队伍的“宣传机”和“播种机”。毛主席在很多场合的语言简练、接地气，毛泽东思想深入人心，所以我们要向毛主席学习这种营销方式。

Great leader Chairman Mao has to lead China’s development and growth, just as an entrepreneur has to lead their employees in the struggle. Both require the ability to influence people, and Chairman Mao excelled in this aspect. He acted as the “propaganda machine” and “sower” of the revolutionary forces during the 25,000-mile Long March. Chairman Mao’s concise and down-to-earth language, coupled with the deep penetration of Mao Zedong Thought, have left a lasting impression on people’s minds. Therefore, we should learn this marketing approach from Chairman Mao.

3、向毛主席学总结能力Learn the ability to summarize from Chairman Mao：

吕国博士在很多场合提到，我们在课堂上学到的，中国革命的发展史就是毛泽东的著作史，毛主席每打一仗就写一篇文章，对发生的各种情况进行及时的总结。比如说《论持久战》 、《星星之火可以燎原》 、《论十大关系》 、《实践论》 《矛盾论》等等。吕国博士一直认为，在公司创业不久，就要求小伙伴每天要写工作日志，写出6条当日的工作心得和经验教训并对第二天的工作提出计划，凡事预则立不预则废。阳光创译的这种工作日志的起源就是受毛主席的影响，意识到毛主席之所以伟大就是善于总结和计划。

Dr. Lv Guobo has mentioned on many occasions that the history of China’s revolutionary development, which we learn in the classroom, is essentially a history of Mao Zedong’s writings. Chairman Mao would write articles after every battle, providing timely summaries of various situations. Dr. Lv Guobo has always believed that, even in the early stages of starting a company, it is important to require colleagues to write daily work logs. These logs should include six reflections and lessons learned from the day’s work, as well as plans for the next day’s work. The origin of the work log system at Sun Translation is influenced by Chairman Mao, as it recognizes that his greatness lies in his ability to summarize and plan.

毛主席曾经说过，“没有调查就没有发言权，没有正确的调查，同样没有发言权，一切从实际出发。”吕国博士在很多场合中指出，市场是否真实存在，我们需要做测试、做调研，不能盲目下结论，眼见未必为实。

Chairman Mao once said, “Without investigation, there can be no right to speak. Without correct investigation, there can be no right to speak. Everything must be based on practicality.” Dr. Lv Guobo has frequently emphasized the importance of conducting tests and research to determine the true existence of the market.
